How To Keep Your Peace ♡

I believe that keeping your peace can be challenging at times, however it is possible in a world is so important.

The life of inner peace, being harmonious and without stress, is the easiest type of existence.” —Norman Vincent Peale.

“Peace can become a lens through which you see the world. Be it. Live it. Radiate it out. Peace is an inside job." —Wayne Dyer

1. Limit how much news you watch

There is so much bad news at the moment, if you regularly watch, listen to or read the it can take a toll on your mental well-being. The news is not here to report how great the world is and to encourage positivity, its main focus is to inform and update us on bad news, for example, the Corona virus pandemic details and missing persons. There is only so much bad news that the human mind can absorb.

2. Stop comparing yourself to family friends

Comparison is the thief of joy, live life according to your expectations and not of others don't waste time worrying about other people's timelines or whether they approve of your choices.

Forget the comparison game – it's like the Grinch of joy, always trying to steal your vibe. Live life on your terms, not some random checklist someone else came up with. Who cares if your friend bought a house at 21? Awesome for them! But you rocking that rental at 30? That's cool too. Your journey, your timeline. There are so many people on this planet, and everyone's got their own thing going on. Don't stress just because your life doesn't match up with others.Instead of comparing, let their wins inspire you. Life's too short to be worried about ticking someone else's boxes – rock on at your own pace!

3. Be grateful for what you have

No need to wait for big achievements to feel good, start with celebrating the small things, eating your favourite snack, or good weather. Gratitude is so important if you can not appreciate what you have in this present moment, then trust me you will not be happier once the bigger accomplishments come along.

“The secret of happiness is to count your blessings while others are adding up their .” ~William Penn.

4. Be Open To Love

When love is done right it can bring you so much joy and helps you see the world in a different light.

I know it seems that gone are the days when couples met in school and were together till death .

Schaus, 2020, P. Everyday Powe

"True love has the ultimate power to change us. Movies portray this in wild and diverse ways. He who finds love finds a good thing."

5. Keep A Distance From toxic People

I think the most over used phrase is "surround yourself with positive people" The people you surround yourself with affect the way you think, feel, and behave. Engaging with people who are always positive and see the glass half full, will change your outlook on life. Negative people will ruin your life! Run. far away. It’s like the legendary Jim Rohn once said,

“You are the average of the five people you spend the most time with.”

Jim Rohn

6. Forgive Do Not Hold Grudges

Not forgiving does you absolutely no good, all it will accomplish is keep your negative emotions bottle up. Forgiveness does not condone what the person has done, it allows you to move on with your life and forget the past.

Unforgiveness is like drinking poison yourself and waiting for the other person to die"

Marianne Williamson

7. Do What You Love

The more you do what you love daily you are likely to be in high spirits and improve your quality of life. Whether it is a career that you enjoy, a dance class, learning a new language, or volunteering this will contribute to your sense of purpose and keep your brain engaged. Whether it's a hobby, a job, or some cool side hustle, doing what you love brings this crazy good energy. It's like your personal fuel for creativity and makes you feel all warm and fuzzy inside.

9. You Need To Accept Yourself

Flaws and all no one is perfect, so stop expecting perfection from yourself.seriously, forget the comparison game – it's like the Grinch of joy, always trying to steal your vibe. Live life on your terms, not some random checklist someone else came up with. Who cares if your friend bought a house at 21? Awesome for them! But you rocking that rental at 30? That's cool too. Your journey, your timeline. There are so many people on this planet, and everyone's got their own thing going on. Don't stress just because your life doesn't match up with your cousin's or your high school buddy's. Instead of comparing, let their wins inspire you. Life's too short to be worried about ticking someone else's boxes – rock on at your own pace! 🚀✨.

10.Get enough sleep

Believe it or not, getting enough sleep cab balance your mood, enough sleep helps to keep your body and mind well also reduces stress, and improves mood. Sleep is so important for good vibes – sleep! Seriously, it's like a magical potion for your mood. Catching those ZZZ's not only keeps your mind and body in check but also kicks stress to the curb and cranks up the good vibes. It's like your brain's way of hitting the refresh button. It's not just about avoiding those under-eye bags (although that's a bonus), it's legit essential for balancing your mood and keeping your whole system in check. When you're well-rested, your body does its happy dance, saying goodbye to stress and hello to a mood boost.
