Ever wondered how they do it? Well, here are five habits of people with great skin that you might want to adopt for yourself!

Tip #1 - Drink A lot Of Water

Stay hydrated drink as much water as you can, this is good for your body and skin. The more hydrated your skin is the less your pores will clog. Drinking up to 5-6 glasses of water per day improves Skin Tone. Drinking enough water helps the body to flush out toxins while giving you healthier skin.

 

Tip #2 - Sleep

Without regular sleep, it will affect your skin's appearance. Sleep at least 7/8 hours is considered recommended. Enough sleep reduces wrinkles and fine lines,and less puffy eyes. Poor sleeping patterns can cause dark circles around the eyes.

Avoid stress believe it or not stress can cause breakouts such as acne, dry skin, and rashes. Keep clear of things or people that give you stress. Do what you enjoy often such as activities you like the gym, walks, socialising with friends, reading, etc. stay in peace!

Tip #4 - Do Not Wear Make-Up Everyday

Most makeup contains chemicals such as sulphates and parabens. The use of makeup often can cause irritation to the skin and age the skin as well as clog your pores. The skin needs breathing space.

 

Tip #5 - Always Wash Your Face Before You Sleep

Wash your face before your sleep at night not just in the morning because throughout the day our pores suck in so much and dirt germs.
